yep, pretty sure i just made up the word stylage. i do what i want! =)
haven't done a fashion post in a while, but i'm newly working with the incredible jord watches company! so i'ma show how i style it with some of my favorite tried-&-true staples for summer, & also just talk about why i love my jord watch. i've been on the hunt for a good watch with a larger face... so it was perfect timing when jord reached out to me to work together!
what i love about my jord watch is its beautiful zebrawood. i'm wearing the frankie style in zebrawood & navy. (before you ask, this style in my favorite color was out of stock ;( i know. travesty.) the natural zebrawood is hand finished & pretreated with tung oils. fancy. pretty cool that the frankie is splash-proof ~ but that don't mean you gotta go submerging it in water. you can take it to the mountains or a night out on the town with the ladies. or a date. if you have one of those. i do not. baha ;)
just because my jord watch isn't my favorite color doesn't mean i can't use my favorite color to accent it! i love using turquateal tones + light golds & silvers to compliment the zebrawood & the navy face. when up in the mountains, you can never go wrong with a denim jacket or a light cardigan, even in summer... & we all know that cardigans & watches go together like me & tacos do.
another great thing about the frankie jord watch is that it's easily elegant: pretty slim with a big enough face that doesn't overtake your wrist, but still draws focus effortlessly. it's stylish enough to dress up, but casual enough to dress down. i need that in a watch, so i can basically wear it all the time.
